What's the role?
You’re a digital professional and embrace the chances of online marketing on the communication but also on the data side. Through your data analytic skills you are capable to deep dive in data lakes and support our online marketeers to find the right campaigns to address them. What does the role involve?
As Digital Analytics Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible to setup and develop a comprehensive cross-company data analysis system which connects to all relevant data pools in marketing and sales. It is your responsibility to create different monitoring dashboards for our digital channels and marketing campaigns. Always being impartial, data driven and result oriented, you bring insights to optimize content production, customer target setting and channel / campaign execution.
In addition, you act as the central contact person for the topic of digital analytics and it is your task to build-up analytics competences in different local and regional teams in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland. The goal is to enable them to achieve a level of independence to be more result-oriented and able to handle some KPIs themselves.

What you need is:
- university degree in Business, IT or Engineering
- at least 3 years in a role with responsibility for digital marketing analytics – preferably with multichannel campaigns analytics
- high enthusiasm for data, numbers and digital marketing as well as a pragmatic and hands-on mentality and try-learn-review spirit
- a proactive, honest and self-reliant personality
- knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Social Platforms
- advanced and creative analytical skills linked to an organized and structured approach
- professional communication skills in verbal and written English – additional languages are a plus
