Manager (m/f/d) Software Marketing & Selling
What's the role?
As Manager Software Marketing & Selling, you are part of our Application Software Competence Center team in Kaufering near Munich. In this role, you establish and drive implementation of a scalable software marketing framework and an innovative, multichannel selling approach.
By combining products, services and software in collaboration with our colleagues from the local, regional and global Fastening & Protection Teams you contribute to the long-term solution business creation.

What does the role involve?
You define a scalable global solution for marketing & selling of software within the Fastening & Protection business, leveraging global external & internal best practices. Before rolling it out globally, you you define the business requirements to processes & IT infrastructure and
conduct the proof of concept in the Central European region and its local market organizations. In addition, you develop and share blueprints as well as define the business requirements to processes & IT infrastructure and for a successful global roll-out.
In close collaborations with the local markets, you institutionalize a scalable customer lifecycle management approach for software. Further, you identify and utilize levers for cross- and upselling as well as for overall customer engagement.
For the global software community, you develop comprehensive training concepts and materials. Through conducting master-classes for the global software community you share software marketing & selling know-how.

What you need is:
- Successfully completed master studies in the field of business administration, economies or technology; MBA is a plus
- At least 5 years of professional experience with distinguished expertise in Sales & Marketing of B2B Software, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong business acumen, analytical, conceptual and project management skills
- Proven functional leadership skills in a matrix organization
- Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English
- International mobility and willingness to travel
