What's the role?

As Marketing & Selling Manager Software, you are part of our newly created Competence Center for application software in the field of fastening and protection in Kaufering near Munich. In this role, you will establish and drive the implementation of a scalable software marketing framework and an innovative multichannel selling approach.

What does the role involve?

You define a global marketing and sales strategy for our software products for fastening and p
rotection solutions. In doing so, you utilize international internal and external best practices.
Before rolling it out globally, you define the business requirements for the processes and IT infrastructure and carry out the proof of concept in the Central European region and its local market organizations.
In close cooperation with the local markets, you will install a scalable Customer Lifecycle Management approach for software. In addition, you identify and use levers for cross- and up-selling as well as for overall customer loyalty.
You share your software marketing and sales expertise with the global software community by developing comprehensive training concepts and materials and conducting master classes.

What you need is:

  • Successfully completed master studies in the field of business administration, economies or technology; MBA is a plus
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with distinguished expertise in Sales & Marketing of B2B Software, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, conceptual and project management skills
  • Proven functional leadership skills in a matrix organization
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English
  • International mobility and willingness to travel
