Operational Teamlead (m/f/d) for Product Complaint
What's the role?
In this position, you steer a team of complaint specialists in order to manage product complaints for our power tools and you define and improve the relevant processes within all related Hilti companies.

What does the role involve?
The focus of this role is on the overall responsibility for the process of product complaints in the business area electric tools & accessories and the operational lead of a team of complaint specialists. You and your team coordinate the technical investigations in collaboration with internal departments and external partners
and do technical analysis yourself also. You are in charge to distribute and document information and write reports according to internal and external standards and in consultation of legal department and development areas. You are responsible to improve and define the relevant processes.

What you need is:
- Completed degree (diploma or master) in engineering or similar with at least 3 years of experience
- Distinctive knowledge of power tools, applications and approval standards of handheld power tools
- Ideally experience in project management, product development or quality management
- Interdisciplinary leadership skills and distinctive analytical and strategic skills
- Strong communication skills in international environment
- Very good english skills at least and a willingness to travel abroad
