What's the role?

As Pricing Business Partner (m/f/d) based in our Regional Headquarter for Central Europe in Kaufering near Munich you globally drive pricing excellence and global standards by working closely with markets all around the world and creating and implementing change management concepts.

What does the role involve?

In close collaboration with markets and with respect of differences in regions and maturity of markets you scale our Fair Pricing standards globally. You will be in close contact with different stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Global Business Units) and facilitate exchange and collaboration of global pricing community through various communication touchpoints. To enable our markets in pricing, you will develop training concepts and materials and conduct trainings, manage global knowledge database and design agenda of bi-annual Fair Pricing Masterclass program.

In addition to the corporate headquarters in Schaan, Kaufering is the second largest Hilti location worldwide. Kaufering is in the Augsburg - Munich - Allgäu triangle and offers ideal transport links and numerous options for leisure-time activities.

What you need is:

  • Completed university degree, master's in business administration, economics or computer science
  • Established professional experience in marketing, finance, pricing or business process management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual strength
  • Excellent business understanding and high affinity for technical products
  • Strong moderation, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English skills
  • Experience in business analysis, data modelling is a plus
  • In-depth PC knowledge (MS Office; ERP systems, SAP is a plus)
