Product Manager (m/f/d) Software
What's the role?
We are looking for you to support our regional marketing team based in Kaufering near Munich. This is your chance to participate and drive Hilti’s transformation from a manufacturer of the most reliable tools in the construction industry to a key player in the software for the construction industry.
Who is Hilti?
If you’re new to the industry, you might not have heard of us. We provide leading-edge tools, technologies, software and services for the global construction sector. We have a proud heritage, built over 75 years, and a worldwide reputation for pioneering products and exceptional service. With some 28,000 people in more than 120 countries, which we’re looking to expand, we’re a great place for you to show us your worth, step up to new challenges and grow your career.
What does the role involve?
As a Software Product Manager (m/f/d), you develop deep empathy for our customers and their problems through direct interactions with them and your colleagues from the local market organisations. You strategically define and actively manage the software lifecycle of your own software product for the central European region in order to obtain market leadership. In order to do so you lead user research, analyse product features and promote data-informed decision-making. Together with the Product Owners you define and prioritize the new features within the products and propose improvement measures for our software product portfolio. Furthermore, you work closely with the sales team of your region and ensure that the initiatives are promoted correctly. In addition, you develop marketing concepts and sales approaches for the product and steer the testing and implementing phase throughout your region. Overall, you are in charge of the development of the software and partner with the global marketing departments to deliver new features to our customers.
What do we offer?
Show us what you’re made of and we’ll offer you opportunities to move around the business – to work abroad, experience different job functions and tackle different markets. It’s a great way to find the right match for your ambitions and achieve the exciting career you’re looking for.
We have a very thorough people review process, unlike any we know of in any other business. We screen everyone in the company in a yearly career performance matching process. It means we can pair talent with opportunities - developing our people in their current roles or challenging them to work in new ways or in new places.
