Product Manager (m/f/d) Solution Selling
What's the role?
We are looking for you to support our international Solution Selling Marketing Team based in Kaufering near Munich. In your role as Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategy-compliant development of Hilti’s solution selling approaches.

What does the role involve?
Your job is to strategize and further develop the sales approaches for our service initiatives in order to support and ensure sales excellence at Hilti. You will be working closely with the IT and the stakeholders from various international sales territories to improve and develop the solution selling tools at Hilti. Furthermore, you act as internal Trainer for the solution selling approaches and train your international colleagues from marketing and sales. You act as the central contact person for the sales approaches for different service initiatives and support the market regions in the implementation and execution of structured solution selling. You work closely with regional and international stakeholders to ensure the optimal integration of the solution selling processes.

What you need is:
- Degree in business administration, marketing or similar
- Several years of professional experience in b2b sales and solution selling
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual strength and process thinking with high quality standards
- Ability to work an strategic topics and on the other hand drive operational execution
- Structured and result-oriented working methods as well as high self-motivation and determination
- Very good spoken and written communication skills in German and English across different hierarchies
- Proactive attitude with the ability to move forward in a complex market organization
