What's the role?

We are looking for a person who is successfully as a project manager (m/f/d) for new products in particular power tools and accessories. As a project manager, you lead and manage projects in a matrix organization and you are responsible for new products from definition phase to market success.

What does the role involve?

As a project manager for new products, you lead an interdisciplinary team and manage projects from market evaluation to the introduction of the new product to the relevant markets. You are responsible for time and budget planning. You define project targets and secure the achievement regarding product value proposition, quality, product cost, timeline and budget. You interact with management whenever necessary. You are responsible that the product as well as the project is a success from the very beginning to the end in all dimensions.

What you need is:

  • Completed degree (bachelor or master) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related fields, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally with a proven track record in management of projects in a technical environment
  • High affinity and interest in technical solutions & processes
  • High motivation level and energy, drive to outperform
  • Good analytics and precise working style
  • Never-give-up attitude paired with creativity finding smart solutions
  • Courageous in making difficult decisions and taking ownership for your actions
  • Very good English and German skills
