For our location in Kaufering, we are looking for a Project Manager S&OP (m/f/d) who is an expert in the forecasting area and ambitiously drives forward topics and changes in the demand community. What does the role involve?
As Project Manager S&OP (m/f/d), you are a competent advisor for all questions related to demand planning and are independently responsible for an effective and high-quality forecasting process. With your analytical and conceptual way of thinking, you regularly conduct forecasting trainings for new employees and demand planners and act as a mentor for SFI meetings.
In the field of project management, you will be responsible for the management, planning and implementation of strategic and complex logistics projects in materials management in the area of forecasting and also control the successful and smooth implementation in the region Central Europe. With your open-minded personality, you network with the global community for a constant exchange of experience and proactively analyse best practice approaches from other regions. Last but not least, you will provide significant support for global projects in the region Central Europe.

What you need is:
- Master/Diplom in the field of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- First professional experience in demand planning and/or project management
- Good knowledge in the use of PowerBI and Excel
- First experience in lateral leadership
- Positive, conceptual and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as high service orientation and communication skills
- Integrative and cooperative personality with role model function systematic, goal-oriented way of working
- Organisational talent, as well as good prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
